1956 Ferrari 290 MM

This car was the most expensive car sold in 2015. It was sold at RM Sotheby’s auction in New York in the December of 2015 for $28,050,000. Surprisingly, it made many records even while being on auction. With Juan Manuel Fangio as its driver, the car became a part of 1956 Mille Miglia race. It is one of the four of its kind that is still in existence.

1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4*S NART Spider

This car is one of the ten N.A.R.T. cars to be ever built. N.A.R.T. stands for North American Racing Team. The cars have remained in the family until this came up for auction in 2013. It was sold at a price of £16million or $27,500,000 at RM Sotheby's in Monterey, California, on August 17, 2013. This car had a film debut with Steve Mc Queen in The Thomas Crown Affair and is the highest priced road car ever to leave an auction.
