A study by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has revealed that “ Distraction like eating can become a problem for drivers who can’t react quickly to a sharp curve.” 80% of crashes occur because the driver is more focussed on the food than on the road. This happens because like smoking, eating also leads to visual, cognitive and manual distraction. So, if you are very hungry stop by the side of the road and grab a quick bite.
