1. Project Manager


  • Plans, directs, and co-ordinates the teams activities to manage and implement project and/or interrelated projects from proposal initiation to final operational stage.
  • Leads the project team in determining requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
  • Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet project needs and requirements; manages sub-contractors.
  • Plans, schedules, monitors and reports on activities related to the project. 
  • Develops project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plan.
  • Undertakes status review meetings among project team members.
  • Works with management on project proposals, estimates, and schedules.
  • Coaches and advises team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.
  • Controls project requirements, scope, and change management issues.
  • Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.
  • Analyses needs and recommends appropriate planning concepts and tools to be used for all facets of planning, scheduling, and tracking projects.
  • Creates communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders.
  • Advises senior management on Project Management capability and risk.
  • Maintains awareness on emerging technologies and Project Management techniques

 Qualification - Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) and PMP Certification

 Experience - Total 6+ years experience and 2+ years relevant experience in PM


2. Operations Manager


  • Responsible for managing the entire operations and service delivery of the corporate office and other branch offices
  • Responsible for customer service and administration with achieving overall service and quality objectives including customer satisfaction scores.
  • Liaises and coordinates with the other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the branches.
  • Liaises and coordinates with insurance companies for new business and servicing related activities.
  • Taking up initiatives to improve processes with respect to TATs, quality and cost.
  • Supervises and coordinates activities of the operations staff at all the branch offices.
  • Ensures Communication, Implementation and Compliance with the set standards and procedures with respect to different deliverables.
  • Reviews various critical management reports and analysis wherever required.
  • Carries out on-going review of operational processes and procedures and improvements in the same.
  • Responsible for delivery within stringent time and quality commitments.

Required Skillset:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage team posted at different locations 

Qualification - Any Graduate, MBA (operations) will be an added advantage

Experience - 5-6 years of total experience with 2 years of in team handling role


3. Area Manager Sales (Mumbai/Ahmedabad/Bangalore/)

Key Responsibilities:

- Hiring team of Relationship Managers
- Business Development/Relationship Manangement and partner retention
- Responsible for increasing share of business by offering entire range of our products 

Desired Candidate Profile

        - Shoulld be Graduate atleast
        - Must have atleast 5-6 years of Experience
        - Must have good communicatioin & presentation skills. 
        - Must have experience of Direct sales & Channel Sales.

 4. Relationship Managers (Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Chandigarh,Bangalore)

Channel Development Activities:

- Recruiting of Partner through RB Partners App
- Identify, communicate and agree on the premium targets with partners
- Maximize mobilization through regular follow-ups & strengthening of relationships with agent

Business Development Activities:

        - Activating all RB Partenrs 
        - Focus on online policy issuance

Desired Candidate Profile
        - Must have good communicatioin & presentation skills. 
        - Must have experience of Direct sales.
