Escalation Matrix for Grievance Redressal

Level 1: Please email us at grievances@renewbuy.com  Or call us at 18005720715

Level 2: If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your grievance, mail at vijay@renewbuy.com

                                     ↓

Level 3: If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your grievance or your grievance is still unresolved, write a mail to our Grievance Officer at grievance.officer@renewbuy.com or call at 0124-6403843.

                                     ↓

Level 4: If the solution provided still does not meet your expectations, register with IRDA Integrated Grievance Management System (IGMS)
