You can file two types of a claim under Reliance Health Insurance, i.e. cashless claim and reimbursement claim. Below we have mentioned both the claim processes in detail:


Cashless Claim Process

  • Inform the Reliance Health company about your hospitalization
  • Submit your Reliance health card and pre-authorization form along with other necessary documents at the TPA hospital desk.
